ABOUT BROQUET

What’s a Broquet?

Awesome man stuff, sent to anyone you want. Like a “bouquet”, but for guys. Get it?

How are they packaged?

Most Broquets come in sweet functional packaging, such as cigar boxes, buckets, and gear bags, protected inside a shipping box. Our Snack and Drink themed Broquets ship in an equally sweet display box. All broquets are packed in wood and paper – we never use any plastic, anywhere.

Can I include a gift note?

For sure. You can leave a gift note in the cart section, which we’ll hand-write with care on a custom Broquet card.

SHIPPING

When will my Broquet ship?

Weekday orders placed by 3pm ET ship the same day; otherwise they ship the next day. Weekend orders ship Monday.

What are my shipping options?

UPS Ground is usually our cheapest option, and will take 1-5 days to arrive depending on your location in the US. We also offer 2 or 3 day shipping options - check out our shipping page for more info.

Can I rush an order?

We try hard to get everything out the door as soon as possible, but we are definitely happy to help out with a rush order. Just email us at bearhug@broquet.co.

Can I delay an order?

Of course, just drop our patient customer service team a line at bearhug@broquet.co and we will hold your order for as long as you’d like before shipping it.

Can I ship internationally?

We’re currently only shipping to the US but will be added more countries soon – we’ll keep you posted!

Can I order a custom Broquet?

Absolutely. Send a note to our diligent customer service team at bearhug@broquet.co and we can put together whatever you’re looking for. If we don’t have everything in stock, it’ll take a few extra days. But we’re pretty fast.

What about bulk orders?
